Led by Ryan Esteves, a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and seasoned Union Carpenter, and Nathan Wilson, a proven leader in large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, our team brings discipline, precision and strategic expertise to the construction industry, Guided by our mission to foster trust, collaboration, and excellence, we partner with clients and subcontractors to deliver results that not only meet expectations but set new standards of reliability and craftsmanship.
Ryan Esteves is a seasoned construction professional and consultant with over two decades of experience built on a foundation of discipline, precision, and leadership. A proud U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran (1999–2003), Ryan served as an Assault Man with 3rd Battalion 8th Marine Regiment and Special Operator with 2nd Recon, deploying to Iraq during Operation Enduring Freedom. Following his military service, he was recruited by DynCorp International (2003–2005) as part of the U.S. Ambassador’s protection detail in Kabul, Afghanistan under the Worldwide Personnel Protection Services program.
Since 2005, Ryan has excelled as a career Union Carpenter, bringing extensive expertise in oil refinery, tilt-up, and hospital healthcare construction. His background in high-stakes environments translates into meticulous project execution, strategic problem-solving, and a commitment to quality that sets his work apart.
Nathan Wilson is a highly experienced construction professional with over two decades of hands-on expertise leading complex projects across power plants, refineries, naval maintenance, and large-scale infrastructure. As a former General Foreman for top industry firms—including Bechtel, Nova Group, Overaa, and Harder—Nathan has overseen multi-million-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. Holding an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Nathan combines technical expertise with strong leadership, problem-solving, and business development skills. His extensive background in project management and team coordination allows him to deliver tailored consulting solutions for clients seeking to optimize construction processes, meet deadlines, and achieve exceptional results. Whether guiding new builds, overseeing specialized repairs, or advising on strategic project execution, Nathan’s commitment to precision and professionalism sets him apart in the contracting and consulting field.
